Two Croton Plants

Description

These two croton plants potted in blue textured pots are the ideal houseplant for this time of year.  Crotons have some of the boldest and brightest foliage around. Often vividly marked with bright yellow, orange, and red, these exotic plants have a reputation for being high-maintenance due to their tropical nature, but once they acclimate to their new home, they’re quite low-care. They like to be watered once a week with a large amount of water and kept in a sunny position. The croton also likes a humid environment so they will need to be misted throughout the week. Fertilise in spring and early summer and after any significant new growth.

In Qatar’s winter, you can also keep these plants outside, but they will need to be moved inside once the weather heats up.
