Terms and Conditions


Delivery Service Timing : 9am to 9pm (9am-12pm/12pm-3pm/3pm-6pm/6pm-9pm) On busy days this may change.

Post Order Processing Time : Any order received through the Webshop may take 1 to 2 hours of processing time.

Delivery Time Range : Minimum delivery time range is 3 hours after processing the order but may vary depending on the circumstances, such as the traffic conditions, special holidays, call response of the recipient etc.

Same Day Delivery : Same day delivery is offered for orders placed before 5pm local time , 7 days a week. 


For Post Dated Order : Orders placed online can be cancelled 48 HOURS BEFORE the delivery date by contacting our Webshop followed by a cancellation e-mail. For Refund kindly refer to our Refund Policy.

Same Day Delivery Orders : Same day delivery cancellation after placing the order will not be accepted.


We will offer you a voucher valid for 2 months from the date of cancellation.  A new order can be placed by contacting the Webshop  followed by a confirmation by e-mail specifying the item code from the Webshop.


Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. By ordering any of our products, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions.


We take pride in our work and will always go the extra mile to make sure that our product is delivered as close as possible to the picture on our Webshop. As flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal and logistical  availability, it may be necessary for us to make substitutions to flowers, packaging and other merchandise in order to deliver your order on time or where flowers or products are temporarily unavailable. This may occur especially during seasonal events such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha. Different flower types and colors may be used if the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained. In the event that the substitution constitutes a major departure from the content or style of the advertised product, we will make every effort to reach you by phone or e-mail to seek you approval before proceeding. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value and quality as the original order.


Prices listed within the Plaza Hollandi service are valid for a maximum of 14 days after submitting your order.

We offer free deliver for order of QAR 150 and above. For order below QAR 150 a delivery fee of QAR 20 will be charged.

Please note that from time to time, products on may vary to those offered in our webshop and retails shops.


Fresh flowers and plants once sold will not be refunded or exchanged.


You will be given clear instructions to navigate through the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate delivery address, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and NAPS.  By clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an e-mail confirmation of your order details to inform you that we are processing your order via the e-mail address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have sent this e-mail confirmation.

We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.


We offer free deliver for orders of QAR150 and above. For orders below QAR150 a delivery fee of QAR20 will be charged. Same Day Delivery is offered for orders placed before 5pm. A minimum time of 3 hours is required for deliveries within Doha. Deliveries will be made between 9am to 9pm. You will be informed at the point of purchase if your requested delivery time is available.

All orders for those dates will be delivered on the closest business day before or after requested date. Our Head Office is closed on Fridays and public holidays, and all e-mails will be answered on the first working day after the closure day(s).

Orders received after our advertised cut off time will be delivered the next day.

We will always do our utmost to deliver your product on time and directly to the recipient within the territory of Qatar. Please consider the business opening hours in case the recipient is located at an office, hospital, hotel or any other business location. Deliveries to buildings where strict security regulations apply cannot be guaranteed. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including Building, Street, Zone and any accurate landmarks of the intended recipient and possibly telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Once we deliver an order and the recipient has signed the delivery note, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer. In the case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.


The Plaza Hollandi My Account service (‘the Service’) is provided as a complimentary feature for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. In order to provide the Service, we will hold certain personal information. Except to the extent that we are required or permitted by law, any personal information which we collect will be used solely for the purposes of providing the My Account service.

To register with the service you must be over eighteen (18) years of age.

When you register with the Service you will be required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. Should you forget your password, please use the forgot password service (this option can be found adjacent to the My Account login box).

In case Plaza Hollandi has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the My Account service or website, we may require you to change your password, or may suspend use of the My Account service.

Please ensure that the details you provide on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Kindly inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You can update the details you have given us at any time by going to the ‘Edit Profile’ section of the My Account area of the website OR emailing [email protected]. This will ensure that the service we provide is accurate and up to date. Please also visit this page or email us if any of the information that we hold about you is incorrect or needs updating if you want us to delete any personal information.

Use of the My Account service is intended to assist with purchases to be made via the Webshop. The My Account service must not be used for the following purposes:

  • Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
  • Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems
  • Interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Site.

Plaza Hollandi reserves the right to refuse or to remove material already posted on the website.

Whilst we take every reasonable precaution and care in relation to the My Account service, we do not make any representation or warranties of any kind (express or implied) with respect to the contents or operation of this My Account service, and any such representations and warranties are excluded by this notice. We do not warrant that use of the My Account service will be uninterrupted or error free. Whilst every effort is made to ensure reminder e-mails set up on your account are processed and delivered as requested, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of these messages. Your use of the My Account service is done so entirely at your own risk and we do not accept any liability whatsoever for losses or damages that you may suffer as a result of your use of the My Account service.

Your access to the website and My Account service may be occasionally restricted to allow for routine maintenance.
