This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we, Plaza Hollandi, will supply to you the products listed on our website www.plazahollandi.com (our site). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You might print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Products

We take pride in our work and will always go the extra mile to make sure that your product is delivered as close as possible to the picture on our site. As flowers are a natural product and subject to seasonal and practical availability, it may be necessary for us to make substitutions to flowers, packaging and other merchandise in order to deliver your order on time or where flowers or products are temporarily unavailable, especially during seasonal events such as Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha. Different flower types and colors may be used if the overall effect of the arrangement is maintained. In the event that the substitution constitutes a major departure from the content or style of the advertised product, we will make every effort to reach you by phone or email to seek you approval before proceeding. All substitutions will be made with appropriate products to the same value and quality than the original order.

Prices

Prices listed within the Plaza Hollandi service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your order.

We offers free delivery of products within Doha when the order is QAR350 or more. Outside Doha and on special events such as Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha the amount should exceed QAR500. Purchases less than these amounts can be collected at one of our retail shops of your choice.

Please note that from time to time, products on www.plazahollandi.com may vary to those offered in our shops or telephone orders.

Order confirmation / payment

You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate delivery address, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

We accept payments through PayPal, by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. By clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

Delivery overview

We offer deliveries within Doha when an amount of minimum QAR 350, - has been purchased. When the amount of your ordered is less than QAR 350, - you can only choose to collect your product from any of our shops. Deliveries outside Doha and during special events such as Valentine, Mother's Day, Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha are offered for purchases of QAR 500 or more.

Same Day Delivery is offered for orders placed before 6pm local Saturday to Thursday and a minimum time of 2 hours is required within Doha. Deliveries will be made anytime between 8am and 8pm. You will be advised at the point of purchase if your requested delivery is available.

We do not guarantee delivery on Friday and public holidays. All orders for those dates will be delivered on closest business day before or after requested date. Office is also closed on Fridays and public holidays, and all emails will be answered closest business day after.

Orders received after our advertised cut off will be delivered the next day.

We will always do our best to deliver your product on time and directly to the recipient within the territory of Qatar. Please consider the business opening hours in case recipient is located at an office, hospital, hotels or any other business location. Deliveries to secure buildings cannot be guaranteed. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate landmarks of the intended recipient and possibly telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Once we deliver an order and the recipient has signed the delivery note, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer. In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

My Account service

The Plaza Hollandi My Account service ('the Service') is provided as a complimentary feature for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. In order to provide the Service, we will hold certain personal information. Except to the extent that we are required or permitted by law, any personal information which we collect will be used solely for the purposes of providing the My Account service.

To register with the service you must be over eighteen years of age.

When you register with the Service you will be required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. Should you forget your password, please use the password reminder service (this option can be found adjacent to the My Account login box).

Plaza Hollandi has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the My Account service or website, we may require you to change your password, or may suspend use of the My Account service.

You must ensure that the details you provide on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You can update the details you have given us at any time by going to the 'Edit Profile' section of the My Account area of the website OR emailing webshop@hollandi.com. This will ensure that the service we provide is accurate and up to date. Please also visit this page or email us if any of the information that we hold about you is incorrect or needs updating if you want us to delete any personal information.

Use of the My Account service is intended to assist with purchases to be made via the website. The My Account service must not be used for the following purposes:

  • Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.
  • Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Site.

Plaza Hollandi reserves the right to refuse to post material on the website, or to remove material already posted on the website.

Whilst we take every reasonable precaution and care in relation to the My Account service, we do not make any representation or warranties of any kind (express or implied) with respect to the contents or operation of this My Account service, and any such representations and warranties are excluded by this notice. We do not warrant that use of the My Account service will be uninterrupted or error free. Whilst every effort is made to ensure reminder emails set up on your account are processed and delivered as requested, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of these messages. Your use of the My Account service is done so entirely at your own risk and we do not accept any liability whatsoever for losses or damages that you may suffer as a result of your use of the My Account service.

Your access to the website and My Account service may be occasionally restricted to allow for routine maintenance.

These Terms and Conditions operate in conjunction with general Terms & Conditions of the website governing overall use and order placement. We are committed to protecting your privacy - further information is contained within our Privacy Policy.
